    Up for auction is a beautiful first day cover issued by the Tibet government in exile in Dharmsala commemorating various Himalayan animals.. In Good  condition. Priced to sell. Nice stamps, cancels and markings. Postmarked October 9, 1974.
    Unusual item, the "stamps" presumably have no legal use and would be classified as cinderellas.
