Polaroid SLR 680 Instant Fully restored and refurbished by RETROSPEKT less than one month ago. The worksheet a indicates what was done to the camera to return it to full factory specs. There is a small chip on the corner for the flash unit, it was there when the camera was sent in for restoration and is only cosmetic.
