    Description

Here is a remnant of an era gone by, a glass beverage bottle promoting a beverage called " Smoot " (which might be a dairy product). This example is from the Jersey Farms. The brown bottle itself is marked Centerville, Utah. 10 inch tall this is a half gallon size bottle. No chips, there may be small impact points, as usually these bottles get wear on their sides, marring the embossed lettering. No excessive wear.
On Jul-06-21 at 05:32:04 PDT, seller added the following information:
...This milk bottle is from the Smoot Farms, once the largest Dairy in Centerville, Utah. A lightning fire in 1963 almost destroyed the farm. Today, nothing but the farm house remains and is currently on the historical register. While thousands of these bottles were produced, most were discarded, used for rural ammo training, and some, recycled.
