HA is used to aid in moisturizing the skin in conjunction with skin procedures, such as micro-needling. After a procedure, applying PURE HA
can help deliver deep nourishment to the skin.

What Is Hyaluronic Acid and Why Is It Important?
Hyaluronic Acid (HA) is available in a serums, creams, supplements and injectables and is a very important part in keeping your skin young. HA actually occurs naturally in our skin but less of it is produced as we age. Hyaluronic acid plays a critical role in skin health with its unique ability to hold in moisture (1000 ml of water per gram of hyaluronic acid). As we age, skin moisture can drop significantly, which makes the skin lose elasticity and prone to additional aging. Just like the collagen loss, when hyaluronic acid levels drop, the skin has less support.
Additionally, one of the most skin damaging elements are UVB rays from the sun. Hyaluronic acid benefits the skin as it protects the skin from UVB rays which can cause sunspots.
