Here is a small Russian stone carving of two moonstone / selenite / satin spar hedgehogs facing each other on a stone base.  The
hedgehogs are made of moonstone; the base is a natural tan, brown and white stone.  Measures approximately 3-1/2" long, 1-5/8" tall and 1-1/4" wide.
The photos don't do justice to the way the moonstone glows and changes according to the lighting!
The previous owner purchase this figurine in Seattle, Washington, in the early 1970s.
