Here is a small Russian stone carving of an otter on a stone base.  The
otter is made of moonstone; the base is a white stone.  Measures approximately 3" long, 1" tall and 3/4" wide.
The previous owner purchase this figurine in Seattle, Washington, in the early 1970s.
