A star in the ED Ellen DeGeneres Crafted by Thomasville collection, the hand crafted walnut chest is a stand-out for style let alone its unique features. Six soft-closing drawers are book-ended by two cane wrapped end doors with two removable jewelry trays. Brass ferrules seal the deal.

    Delivery:
    Standard in home delivery includes delivery to the first floor of your home. It does not include delivery to a second floor or higher or removal of old furniture. These special services are available upon request and for an additional cost. Please contact us prior to placing a bid, for any special service quotes. The carrier will call prior to delivery several with several days’ notice to ensure that someone will be home to receive the shipment at the scheduled time for the delivery. Please allow 1-6 weeks as the carrier's transit time. We will contact you promptly in the event of any unexpected delays.
    Condition Details:
    New - These are new, in the box items.  Some assembly may be required.
    "As Is" or "Showroom Sample" - These pieces are new out of the box items. They will not be in perfect condition like a "new, in the box" item. We will inspect every item before it is packed and shipped to ensure that the items are as close to "new in the box" as possible.
    *If you are someone that is looking only for PERFECTION and BRAND NEW IN THE BOX product then we do encourage you to go to your Local RETAIL store and purchase, unlike us they will offer that coverage and it will be built in to your price.
    Payment:
    When the auction ends, you will receive an email containing specific details and links regarding payment/checkout. If you do not make payment or contact us within 24 hours from the close of the auction the item will be re-listed.

    Returns:
    The item must be returned in its complete and original received condition. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping charges. We do charge a 30% restocking fee if the following apply: Piece doesn't fit space, customer ordered wrong finish or simply doesn't like the style of the piece, etc...
    A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required for all returns. Please contact us for a RMA number and return form. Your return must be shipped within 7 days of receiving your RMA number. The original packaging will simplify the return shipping. Please open your package(s) carefully and save everything in case you need to reuse it.
    Damaged Shipments:
    All items are fully insured against damage in transit. It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect all items and packaging for damage upon delivery while driver is present. If damage is found it must be noted on the delivery invoice that the driver will have you sign. If there is concealed damage (no external signs of damage, but something is broken or damaged internally), please call [phone removed by eBay] to report it immediately while driver is present. We must be notified of concealed damage while the driver is present. We will repair to original quality or replace your damaged furniture. Once we place an order for the replacement please allow an additional 1-6 weeks for the delivery company (NOT NCHAPPYHOME but a third-party shipping company) to contact you to schedule the re-delivery of your replacement order. If you elect to return an order with damage, it can be returned using our Return Policy and money back guarantee with the buyer following the Return Policy Procedures.
    *It is not unusual for showroom furniture and 'As Is" furniture to have light scratches, nicks, etc. not caused by shipping damage. We carefully inspect and photograph all items prior to shipment and only damage caused by the shipping company will be covered under these policies*
