We repair all models of the Vibraderm system including the New Touch Screen model.
Most common problems with your system will be limited to the handpiece. These handpieces have very small and sensative parts inside which can wear out over time. Also another problem to be concerned with is the handling of the handpiece. Often when we receive the handpieces it is evident that the handpiece has been accidentally dropped.     The motor inside of the handpiece is secured by two moving arms which rotate while moving back and forth. When the handpiece is dropped this usually either bends or breaks one or both of these moving arms on the motor.   This usually causes the handpiece to either become HOT or NOISY or worst case scenario all vibration is lost.
